Selecting an Appointment
IF YOU ARE NEW TO COVELLITE HOLISTICS:
For those booking with Terri for your first massage appointment: Please be sure to select "New Client Massage with Terri."
- This session consists of up to 30 minutes of consult time to review your health history and a full 60-minute massage session.
- If you would like a 90-minute session for your first appointment, and your health history review is minimal, she may be able to accommodate said request within this allotted time and at no additional charge.
- If you would like a 2-hour session for your first appointment, please make that selection instead.
For booking your first massage appointment with all other LMTs: Please simply select your massage appointment based on the length of time you wish to have for your session.
For booking all other services: simply select the service of your choice.
For all appointments booked online:
Please be sure to check your email for an appointment confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation, you do not have an appointment! If you are having difficulties, please give us a call or send a text to 603-213-6932. We will respond as soon as time allows.
Cancellation/Appointment Changes
We require a minimum 36-hour notice of cancellation or change request. Less than 36-hour notice for any appointment may result in a charge to your credit card for up to the full amount of the scheduled appointment or forfeiture of any prepayment of services, which ever is applicable.
***Please note: Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have been exposed to Covid-19, suspect that you have, are waiting for Covid-19 test results, or are otherwise required to be self-quarantined, please notify us AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
We understand that people get sick, be it flu or otherwise. We definitely would prefer to have you stay home if you suspect that you may be contagious. If we get sick, we have to cancel appointments, and that compromises our sole source of income. We do not wish to penalize anyone for be a responsible adult and staying home when sick. However, if a person develops a pattern of cancelling last minute due to "being sick" we may also decline future appointments.
